Remember that for USA, Western European (European Union), Canadian and Australian applicants, the annual membership fee is fifty dollars (US $50). Applicants from other countries please submit your annual membership fee deposit in US dollars, a sum which is one-fifth of one percent (0.2%) of the average per capita income of your country as a deposit toward your annual membership fee. To determine the per capita income of your country, log on to: http://siakhenn.tripod.com/capita.html. Either way, be sure to include the following information with your deposit:

Full name, contact information, country of residence and the per capita income of that country if it is any other than USA, Canada, Western European or Austrailian.
